Rights holders may submit notices to legal@tapein.ru identifying the claimant, work/right, relevant URL/share link, basis of claim and supporting evidence. Tape In may request clarification, temporarily restrict disputed content while reviewing, comply with valid legal orders and remove/disable content where sufficient grounds exist. Complaint evidence must be minimized and retained only as long as needed for the complaint/legal lifecycle.
