Acceptable Use Rules

When using Tape In services, Users must not:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- upload, create or distribute materials without the required rights or lawful grounds;
- use public-access functions to unlawfully disclose information or third-party personal data;
- obtain unauthorized access to another person’s account, workspace, project, setlist or audio material;
- bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or other security controls;
- distribute malware, carry out destructive attacks or knowingly disrupt service availability;
- impersonate another person in a manner capable of causing harm;
- deliberately use the services for processing/distributing special-category or biometric personal data of identifiable persons where no separate lawful regime is provided.
Tape In may apply proportionate measures, including restricting disputed public access, temporarily restricting a function or account, requesting clarification or complying with a lawful order of a competent authority. Good-faith security research under the published vulnerability-reporting process is evaluated separately from abuse.
