Copyright and Infringement Complaints

Revision IP-RU-002. English translation of the Russian legal profile.

If a rights holder believes that material available through Tape In or a public link infringes its rights, it may send a complaint to legal@tapein.ru.

The complaint should preferably include: the claimant’s name or legal name and contact details; a link to the disputed material; a description of the material; identification of the right allegedly infringed; documents or information showing the relevant rights or authority; and the remedy requested by the claimant.

Tape In may request clarification, temporarily restrict public access while the complaint is reviewed, notify the owner of the material and, where sufficient legal grounds exist, restrict or remove access. A temporary measure does not automatically constitute an admission of infringement by either party. Personal-data complaints may also be sent to privacy@tapein.ru.
