Data Rights, Account Deletion and Export

Personal-data subject requests should be sent to privacy@tapein.ru. The request should include information reasonably sufficient to identify the account and the request itself. Tape In may require proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing or deleting data at the request of an unauthorized person.

Depending on applicable law, requests may cover information about processing, correction, blocking, termination of processing, deletion or destruction of data in cases provided by law, withdrawal of consent-based processing, marketing opt-out, and export of data or materials for which export is actually implemented.

If self-service deletion or export has not yet been implemented for a particular data type, the request is handled through the personal-data support process; public text must not promise a button that does not exist. Deletion of data from backups and mandatory retention periods are determined by law and by the technical architecture actually in operation.
