Tape In Setlist — Product Terms
Revision SETLIST-RU-003. English translation of the Russian legal profile.
1. These Terms supplement the Tape In Core Terms only in matters relating to Tape In Setlist.
2. Tape In Setlist is intended for creating, storing and editing setlists, working with repertoire, previewing, generating PDFs and printing, supported imports, and public link access.
3. The Core Terms are accepted when the account is created. If separate acceptance of these Product Terms remains in use, it occurs once on first use of Tape In Setlist; renewed acceptance is required only after a material change or where required by law.
4. Rights to User Content remain with the User. Tape In receives only the technically necessary right to process that content for operation of Tape In Setlist.
5. Public link access is created only by the User’s explicit action. An active link may be sent to an unlimited number of recipients; the User is responsible for the lawfulness of the content they disclose. Email addresses, authorization and session identifiers, and other internal account-service data must not be included in publicly delivered data.
6. The User may revoke a public link, after which Tape In stops future delivery of the material through the corresponding access token. Copies already saved by recipients outside Tape In remain outside Tape In’s control.
7. Tape In Setlist is not intended for deliberate placement of special categories of personal data or biometric personal data of identifiable persons.
8. A verified offline mode may use a minimal read-only data snapshot and application-shell cache. Authentication credentials, CSRF-protection data and public-link tokens are not included in that snapshot; the snapshot is cleared on logout in accordance with the current implementation.
9. The current Tape In Setlist is free. A paid mode requires a separate commercial and legal launch.
